*Floor postures held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive "stress" on the deep layers of connective tissues in the body.
Gentle Hatha Yoga
*Using a wide range of staple postures to stretch, strengthen and stabilize alignment,
this class is taught by slowly moving from one posture to another using simple transitions
Beginner Hatha Yoga
A mix of standing and floor postures, accessible for any experience level but caters to beginners.
* Focuses on:
~Tailored for people who are new or who prefer a more mild class style
~Building a foundation of balance + strength to help you understand yoga and progress in skill.
~Focus + education on alignment + safe yoga technique
* An active flowing practice that links all postures together with breath.
*A mix of standing and floor postures and includes sun salutations to create heat in the body and build strength.
*Class is geared toward students that have some knowledge of yoga previously. (not beginner friendly)
