Class Types

Yin Yoga
*Floor postures held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive "stress" on the deep layers of connective tissues in the body. |
Gentle Hatha Yoga*Using a wide range of staple postures to stretch, strengthen and stabilize alignment, this class is taught by slowly moving from one posture to another using simple transitions |
Beginner Hatha Yoga
A mix of standing and floor postures, accessible for any experience level but caters to beginners. * Focuses on: ~Tailored for people who are new or who prefer a more mild class style ~Building a foundation of balance + strength to help you understand yoga and progress in skill. ~Slower paced ~Focus + education on alignment + safe yoga technique |
Vinyasa Flow
* An active flowing practice that links all postures together with breath. *A mix of standing and floor postures and includes sun salutations to create heat in the body and build strength. *Class is geared toward students that have some knowledge of yoga previously. (not beginner friendly) *Focuses on: -Strength and increasing flexibility -Challenging mind and body while maintaining the link with breath -Education on alignment and safe yoga technique |
Chair Yoga
*A slower paced class available to any yoga level.
*Using the support of the chair the benefits of yoga
become accessible to even more people, regardless of age,
flexibility level, injuries, or mobility issues.
